Registrations of movement on paper that emerge from a bodily exercise. The artist arranges the paper on the floor and, to apply the ink, responds to her surroundings and disadjusts her body. Imbalance and tension draw her attention to gravity: that force which keeps us entangled. The artist's perceptual shifts, together with the interaction between the environment and the water in the inks, alter the marks left on the paper. What remains are visible traces of relationships that aren't always seen, but are felt.
